Overview
We were tasked with upgrading Bahrain TV’s news studio to a state-of-the-art 4K and augmented reality (AR) setup, integrating advanced robotic systems, and enhancing connectivity with the existing news master control room (MCR) and HD studios.
Scope of Work
– Advanced Camera Systems: Deployment of Sony 4K/12G/HD cameras, Canon lenses, and Videndum robotic heads for dynamic filming capabilities.
– Cutting-edge Broadcasting Equipment: Included Grass Valley vision mixers and routing matrix with integrated multiviewer, ensuring seamless signal management.
– Augmented Reality and Graphics: Implementation of Vizrt AR and graphics systems to enrich broadcasting with immersive visuals.
– Comprehensive Signal Processing: Utilized Grass Valley embedders, converters, and Data Video – Black Magic recorders for versatile signal handling.
– Workstation Integration: Setup of iNews, command, and editing workstations for streamlined news production.
