Scheduling System and Playout Expansion
Overview
This comprehensive project encompassed two main areas of focus: the upgrade and expansion of a 12-channel playout system, and the installation of a scheduling system that seamlessly integrated with both the media asset management system and the playout automation system.
Scope of Work
– Successfully expanded and upgraded the 24/7 playout system with zero interruption to daily operations
– Effectively managed and adjusted all project deliverables in accordance with the agreed standards
– Devised an end-to-end workflow for Saudi TV channels. This incorporated the entire media flow spectrum, from acquisition and contracts to on-air broadcasting, including production, censorship stages, and necessary system integrations (traffic system, Media asset management, Playout)
