The project entails comprehensive management of the Royal Justice Palace. Our mandate spans vital facilities, including the RCRC’s main administrative building, Prince Turki Mosque, Administrative offices, and Zel Market. Our primary goal is to uphold the prestige and operational integrity of these critical landmarks in Riyadh.
Scope of Work
– Comprehensive cleaning tasks, both internal and external
– Pest control across all facilities
– Hospitality services within the Justice Palace, Prince Turki Mosque, and other facilities
– Maintenance and operation of all on-site equipment, covering MEP systems, specialized systems, and civil works
– Deployment of a team of skilled professionals
– Supplying necessary consumables
– Use of contract-specified tools and equipment
– Collaboration with expert subcontractors for specialized systems
