Overview
This project involved setting up an archive and Media Asset Management (MAM) system for the National Archive Center of Saudi TV. The central archive was designed to connect with radio and studio production centers across various regions, with a disaster recovery site situated in Jeddah. A key component of the project was the digitization of 250,000 assets of video and audio materials.
Scope of Work
– Effectively managed the workflow for digitizing an extensive array of video and audio assets
– Oversaw and adjusted all project deliverables in accordance with the agreed standards
– Crafted workflows to integrate the MAM with production and facilitated connectivity to remote regions and the disaster recovery site
