Sustained Technical Support for Radio Programs via KSA Satellite (MENOS)
Overview
This project is concentrated on delivering comprehensive maintenance and support solutions for the MENOS and DVB-T networks operated by SBA.
Scope of Work
Soft Services:
– Responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of all MENOS-affiliated radio and television stations
– Prompt rectification of malfunctions to minimize broadcasting interruptions
– Overseeing the management of all applications and related terminal equipment
– MENOS TV and Radio Station Interface Terminals (SITs)
– Digital Video Broadcasting — Terrestrial (DVB-T) Network Infrastructure
Hard Services:
– Managing the mission-critical central infrastructure that supports these services
